2026 · Founded WalkTalk - the lead tracker that listens
2026 · Created the 4R Client Retention Engine combining my experience in email marketing and the customer journey to help service businesses retain more clients
2019 · Co-founded Spud Lane Gallery in the Southern Highlands, NSW Australia
2005 · Launched Soothed - online marketing for natural therapists
2002-2009 · Senior Developer at digital agencies - Webling & OneDigital in Sydney, and before that I was Developer at Precedent Communications in London. All online marketing agencies at the top of their game.
1997-2002 · Analyst Programmer & Quality Assurance working across banking, IT, and education.
1995-1997 · Started out as a Software Engineer at UCL writing satellite software for the European Space Agency.
